αβWheelie v0.5 - Music, parallax background and Godot 3.0

More work than it seems has gone into this release! I decided to take the hit and upgrade to Godot 3.0 from Godot 2.1. There were a few tricky issues to solve along the way:
- RayCast2D now hitting Area2D. Solved by using multiple collision layers/masks.
- Completely new and incompatible TileSet implementation. Solved by rebuilding title screen and level 1 entirely 0_o
- Particles2D having terrible html5 performance. Not resolved yet D:
But it's not all bad news! Godot 3.0 fixed a bug where ParallaxBackground didn't work well with Camera2D zooming so we now have a nice and shiny scrolling background.
The other big part of this update is music! I found some nice sounds on freesound.org and music on freemusicarchive.org that definitely add to the experience. They work for now but I'd love to record some sounds myself in the future.
Bonus feature: none! Enough work went into getting the things above working.
Next up on the todo list:
- Adding a level timer
- Adding session saving
- Fix particles for html5 build
